We are aware that things happen. Sometimes your requirements may exceed our possibilities and we have to issue a refund in this case.
We have two refund options:
- Store Credit
The Store Credit never expires and you will get a 15% discount on any available service on our website.
The check can be issued after filling up the form within 12 business days.
Please note, after receiving a full refund, warranty on the job is cancelled.
If you have requested a certificate of insurance for your property, amount paid for this service (usually 30% of the labor cost or less) is not refundable.
